meet our team
Dr. Perkins is a general dentist who has proudly served the Huntsville community for more than 30 years. After spending time in an insurance-driven practice model, she knew she wanted to create something different: an office built around an uncompromising commitment to quality, personalized care, and lasting relationships. Dr. Perkins combines advanced, transformative dentistry with a compassionate approach, helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while feeling genuinely cared for. By building meaningful connections with both her patients and team, she has created an experience that is about much more than simply “going to the dentist.”
Dr. Jenny Perkins
Dr. Perkins attended Louisiana State University, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in secondary education in 1989. After briefly teaching AP Biology and AP Chemistry in Memphis, TN, Dr. Perkins returned to her original aspiration of becoming a dentist when she enrolled at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. She would go on to excel in many topics during her time at UTHSC while finding a special interest in surgical and periodontal treatments.
As a practicing dentist for nearly 30 years, Dr. Perkins has not slowed in her desire to expand her expertise and invest in cutting-edge dental technology. Her long-running education has included advanced training in: laser periodontal therapy, minimal prep veneers, implant dentistry, full-mouth restoration, and IV sedation dentistry.

Outside the walls of our practice, Dr. Perkins has dedicated her time and skills to several organizations that give back to those in need. Throughout her years of service, Dr. Perkins has volunteered and led an annual, week-long dental clinic in Baja, MX through Baja Missions and Mayfair Church of Christ. With the support of portable dental units and a skilled team of hygienists and dentists, these Mexico missions have brought important oral care to many patients who find dental visits out of reach.
While completing her sedation dentistry training, Dr. Perkins had the privilege of contributing and honing her skills through the Foundry Dental Center’s low-cost dental services mission. These services focus on providing accessible care for individuals in the Birmingham area, with emphasis on treating individuals seeking recovery from addiction, alcoholism, and homelessness.
Dr. Perkins, with the support of her excellent team, has also travelled to Virginia with Remote Area Medical where they teamed up with other practitioners to change countless lives through the RAM mobile clinic.
family
Dr. Perkins is a friend, mother, wife, and advocate, and is devoted to the lifelong pursuit of her craft. When she's not at the office, you may spot her at a stop light, windows down, jamming to Earth, Wind, & Fire if it's sunny out! Dr. Perkins loves spending time adventuring with her family, getting dinner with friends, and playing with her lab puppies, Remy and Cooper.
Outside her practice, Dr. Perkins is always scouting new local spots around Huntsville and enjoys to relax while reading a book. With her husband Stephen, she is a proud parent of her daughter, Catie, and her son, Matt. Her favorite times are those marked by a house full of dogs and kids.
it’s never too late for the smile of your dreams.
